How it works – in 7 steps

Onboarding & price agreement

A short initial conversation, a description of your products and an individual quote based on our price list.

Delivery instructions

You receive our delivery address and receiving times. Your supplier ships directly to our warehouse.

Goods receipt & inspection

Receipt, counting and a visual inspection on arrival. Immediate notification of any discrepancies.

Quality control

Inspection to your protocol: quantity, appearance, function. You receive photos and the report by e-mail.

Prep & labelling

FNSKU printing, packaging, bundling – in line with your order and the current Amazon guidelines.

Making up & handover

You create the shipping plan in your Seller Central. Using your shipment ID and your shipping labels, we make up the consignment, label the cartons and hand over to the carrier.

Invoice & completion

A transparent invoice for the services performed. You receive all records by e-mail.

International sellers welcome

Your prep center for the European market

Importing directly from China, the USA or Turkey? We take in your import consignment once customs clearance has been completed by you or your customs agent, prepare it and deliver it to the correct Amazon warehouse – wherever you sell from.

UK seller

We work together with your tax adviser and your customs agent and supply the logistics documentation for your consignment.

China import

Direct delivery from your Chinese manufacturer to our warehouse – once customs clearance has been completed by you or your customs agent. Importation and the EU responsible person remain your responsibility; we take over from goods receipt.

US seller

Entering Amazon.de without a structure of your own: prep, storage and inbound shipment – all from one provider.

Other markets

Turkey, India, Vietnam – we speak English and coordinate directly with your supplier.

Frequently asked questions

How long does processing take after goods receipt?
For standard orders of up to 500 units we process your goods within 24–48 hours of receipt. Larger orders are agreed with you individually.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum number of units, but a minimum order value applies per delivery. The exact amount is shown in our price list.
Do you also work with non-German Amazon accounts?
Yes. We work with sellers from all over the world, and communicating in English is no problem. An active Amazon seller account for the European market is a prerequisite.
