Transparent prices with no hidden costs

All prices are net plus statutory VAT. Minimum order value of €25.00 per individual order for prep services. New-customer discount: 1st delivery –10 %, 2nd delivery –5 %. Prices apply with immediate effect – changes are announced 14 days in advance.

Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). We do not enter into contracts with consumers.

🎁 New-customer discount: 1st delivery –10 % · 2nd delivery –5 % · regular prices thereafter. Applies exclusively to prep services charged per unit, max. 2,000 units per delivery. Additional services (bundling, additional labels, photos), goods receipt, storage, outbound, returns and third-party services are excluded.
Note: Carton receiving is free of charge only when the FBA complete prep is booked. For all other services (e.g. FNSKU labelling only, storage, forwarding) carton receiving is charged at €1.50 per carton. Pallet receiving is always charged at €6.00 per pallet. Interim storage when an FBA prep service is booked: the first 14 days of carton and pallet storage are free of charge. All prices are net plus statutory VAT.

The discount applies exclusively to prep services charged per unit (complete prep, FNSKU labelling, quality control, polybagging, bubble wrap, repacking), and only for a maximum of 2,000 units per delivery. Additional services (bundling, additional labels, documentation and product photos), goods receipt, storage, outbound, returns and third-party costs are excluded. The discount is shown on the invoice.
