An owner-run prep center – not a call centre
We prepare your goods for Amazon FBA: carefully, verifiably and at prices that are fixed in advance.
Who we are
PrepCenter FBA is an owner-run logistics and prep business based in Freilassing. For Amazon sellers we take on every step between goods receipt and the inbound shipment to the FBA warehouse – from pallet receiving through FNSKU labelling to the fully made-up consignment.
Instead of anonymous ticket systems, you speak directly to the person who actually handles your goods. A query about a batch is therefore a message, not an escalation stage.
Why the Freilassing location
Freilassing lies in south-eastern Bavaria, directly on the border with Salzburg and therefore on the link between Germany and Austria. For sellers in the DACH region that means short transport routes in both directions and fast access to the Amazon sites in southern Germany.
At the same time we are close enough to Austrian and Italian goods flows to serve as a gateway into Germany for international sellers as well.
What we stand for
We started the business because, in practice, prep services tend to fail at the same three points: unclear billing, unclear lead times and unclear responsibility. Our answer to that is deliberately simple.
- Fixed prices per unit – the price list on this website is the price list you are billed from.
- A turnaround time of 24–48 hours from goods receipt on standard orders.
- Every batch is documented: a unit count at goods receipt, a visual inspection before packing.
- Amazon-compliant working practices in line with the current FBA requirements for labelling and packaging.
- One permanent contact rather than changing case handlers.
Who we work for
Our clients are predominantly small and medium-sized Amazon sellers who send in between a few hundred and a few thousand units a month – together with European sellers who need a base in Germany without setting up a branch of their own.
We work exclusively B2B, that is with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). We do not provide services to private individuals.
